By using the KidStrongHer website or registering for our programs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Participation & Safety

• Participants must follow all safety rules and instructor guidance.
• KidStrongHer is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.

2. Registration & Payment

• Classes require a minimum of 10 participants to run.
• Once capacity is reached, registrants will receive a payment link and class details.
• Payment confirms your spot. Refunds follow our refund policy.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class receive a full refund.
• If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, participants receive a full refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees.
Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All KidStrongHer content—including text, images, curriculum, and logos—belongs to KidStrongHer.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

KidStrongHer provides practical safety and self-defence training.
Results depend on participant engagement.
KidStrongHer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

8. Updates to Terms

KidSafeHer may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or programs means you accept the updated terms.
